DESCRIPTION:Have you wondered what parents can do to help plan for their child’s transition from high school to adult life? Come join us to learn about resources and information to help you understand and participate in developing the Individual Transition Plan; work with schools and agencies such as the Social Security Administration, Department of Rehabilitation and Regional Center to support youth as they transition into adulthood; and develop strategies to help youth live independently and become stronger self-advocates.

This is a training session for young adults with disabilities and their families; we encourage youth participation at this workshop!

This workshop will be conducted using Zoom. After registering, you will receive an invitation to join the Zoom meeting.
